We're just a couple of guys that love video games... and more than anything - we love indie freeware and homebrew games and applications. Freeware and homebrew has been around for a long time for the PC and MAC computers, and even before those for the Amiga and Atari computers of yesterday. However, the Nintendo DS, DSi and now the Nintendo 3DS also has the chance to play some amazing freeware homebrew games and applications, thanks to a little something called the r4 3ds card. With this card, you'll be able to download any one of several hundred free games, free applications, media players and ebook readers, all of which can be loaded and run on the Nintendo 3DS console.
Just as the name implies - all of these games and apps are 100% free. The makers / developers of these freeware offerings put them online for anyone and everyone to download, play, share - and enjoy - so long as you have an R4 3DS Card or similar DS or 3DS Flash cards.
